About BestShops

BestShops answers one question: who is actually cheapest right now? We collect prices from Philippine online stores, keep a history of what each item has cost, and show both — so a “sale” on something that was marked up last week is visible for what it is.

Where the prices come from

Listings are pulled from merchant affiliate feeds, currently Lazada Philippines, and refreshed on a schedule. Every listing shows when its price was last checked, because a price with no date attached is a promise we cannot keep between refreshes.

What we leave out

Merchant feeds contain things that are not really products: samples, freebies bundled with other orders, spare manuals, and listings priced so far outside reality that they are placeholders rather than prices. These are withheld. It is a judgement, it is reversible, and it is applied to the catalog rather than to individual sellers.

How it makes money

We earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no cost to you. Commission does not influence ranking — the catalog sorts by what sells and what costs least. See the privacy policy for what is recorded when you click, and the terms for the limits of what this site promises.
